Arkansas Literary Festival (April 18-21, 2013) is the premier gathering of readers and writers and includes more than 80 presentations in venues in Little Rock and North Little Rock. Authors include Da Chen, C.D. Wright, Kevin Brockmeier, Dave Abrams, Ben Fountain, Padgett Powell, Sylvia Day and many more. Most events free and open to the public including children events. In the last decade, we’ve put out three publications focusing on downtown revitalization, filled with the visions and visionaries. A striking number of the plans we previewed came to pass. In that spirit, this week we again turn our attention to downtown with a special focus on Main Street.
