Commissioned by Doug Morton & Marilyn Brown of Denver, CO; this life size memorial to the historic inauguration of the first African American President, is to record and place into our American political landscape this transitional event that is destined to transform our country. It is composed of the President, the First Lady, the First Daughters, and Chief Justice John Roberts administering the Oath of Office.

Where kids can enjoy a safe Halloween with games, hands-on activities, refreshments, and candy for young trick-or-treaters at participating museums downtown (members of the Greater Little Rock Museum Consortium) including: Curran Hall Visitors Center, Central High School Museum and Visitor’s Center, Clinton Presidential Library, Historic Arkansas Museum, Old State House Museum, Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History, and Museum of Discovery. The Big BOO!-seum Bash is sponsored by the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau, Express Press and Little Rock Family Magazine. Visitors can drive to each location, where free parking is available. Those visiting all eight locations and playing Game Cards are eligible to win for a grand prize, a flat screen tv.
